　　動力系統(tǒng)由我公司自行開發(fā)研制的主、副氣動馬達組成。該馬達經(jīng)多家公司使用驗證其性能穩(wěn)定、換向準確，壽命長，維護方便。

　　膠泵：A膠泵、B膠泵和配比泵均采用我公司研制的高粘度流體往復式高壓柱塞泵，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，性能穩(wěn)定。密封件采用強化聚四氟乙烯，耐摩擦抗腐蝕，可適用絕大多數(shù)化學溶劑。使得性能更加穩(wěn)定，壽命更長?？刂崎y采用靜面磨削，確保泵內(nèi)壓力無泄漏。

　　該系統(tǒng)為全封閉壓盤密封，使得膠體與空氣完全隔離，不反膠、不氧化。專用的反錐式逆止閥，有效隔離兩種膠體，防止膠的互竄，避免因膠水互竄固化堵塞管路。高粘度液體專用安全閥有效防止膠管爆裂，降低故障率。

　　The system is a fully enclosed pressure plate seal, which completely isolates the colloid from the air, without reverse glue or oxidation. A dedicated anti cone check valve effectively isolates two types of glue, preventing glue from interpenetrating and avoiding pipeline blockage due to glue solidification caused by interpenetrating. High viscosity liquid specific safety valves effectively prevent hose bursts and reduce failure rates.

　　升降系統(tǒng)采用手動轉(zhuǎn)閥控制。比例調(diào)節(jié)可通過調(diào)整滑塊在擺動桿上的位置來改變，當達到要求時擰緊螺母即可。

　　The lifting system adopts manual rotary valve control. Proportional adjustment can be changed by adjusting the position of the slider on the swing rod, and tightening the nut when the requirement is met.

　　比例測試時，打開球閥將兩種組份的出膠壓力調(diào)一致，用量杯接入即可測其比例。

　　When testing the ratio, open the ball valve to adjust the dispensing pressure of the two components to be consistent, and connect the measuring cup to measure their ratio.

　　適用膠種：硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)膠、聚硫膠、聚氨脂膠、環(huán)氧樹脂膠等絕大部分雙組份膠。
