All four sections are placed vertically at the same inclination angle, with a compact structure, economic practicality, high efficiency, and easy maintenance. The cleaning box is made of stainless steel material, and the conveyor roller is acid and alkali resistant rubber roller; Through the organic glass window, it is easy to observe the glass cleaning situation at any time; The feeding section and cleaning and drying section are driven by manual stepless speed control motors, ensuring smooth operation of the glass. The drying section uses a high wind force inclined blade to dry the glass surface. The inspection section is equipped with a light tube, which can clearly check the cleaning quality of the glass; The composite segment has glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning devices, which can complete the functions of glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning placement. The glass is supported and transported by a conveyor roller, which is driven by a motor (roller pressing section motor) through a frequency converter and a sprocket. The glass enters this section at low speed from the cleaning and drying section, and after passing the inspection, accelerates to the next working section to improve work efficiency; The operating speed of the speed regulating motor in this section is controlled by a frequency converter, and the photoelectric switch controls the glass to enter the next working section.

中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線的清洗水路系統(tǒng)為循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，其水箱配有恒溫水加熱裝置，水溫可自動(dòng)保持在合理的范圍。

The cleaning water system of the insulating glass production line is a circulating system, and its water tank is equipped with a constant temperature water heating device, which can automatically maintain the water temperature within a reasonable range.

水由水泵從水箱抽出，經(jīng)噴淋水管噴到玻璃表面上，清洗玻璃后流回水箱，循環(huán)使用。若水質(zhì)較差，需配備水處理裝置（用戶自備），水經(jīng)處理后進(jìn)入水箱，按上述步驟循環(huán)使用。

Water is pumped out of the water tank by a water pump and sprayed onto the surface of the glass through a spray pipe. After cleaning the glass, it flows back to the water tank for recycling. If the water quality is poor, a water treatment device (provided by the user) needs to be equipped. After the water is treated, it enters the water tank and is recycled according to the above steps.
