1.密封膠擠壓得太松或是里面有機(jī)械異物

用兩道彈性密封膠把中空玻璃與鋁管間隔體結(jié)合在一起,一層使用丁基橡膠封存,第二層使用結(jié)構(gòu)硅酮膠密封。在現(xiàn)實(shí)操作過程中密封膠里如果存在機(jī)械異物或是在涂膠時擠壓得太松,導(dǎo)致膠體里面形成毛細(xì)管,并由于中間層里面和外面有壓差或濕度差,大氣里的水分進(jìn)入中空玻璃中間層,導(dǎo)致中空玻璃中間層里的含水量升高。
