全自動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠機(jī)膠閥滴漏經(jīng)常發(fā)生于膠閥關(guān)畢以后，95%的此種情形是因?yàn)槭褂玫尼橆^口徑太小所致。

連接氣閥：將點(diǎn)膠控制器的AIR OUT口通過氣管連接到針筒，并把針筒氣閥連接到點(diǎn)膠控制器的AIRIN。

太小的針頭會(huì)影響液體的流動(dòng)造成背壓， 結(jié)果導(dǎo)致膠閥關(guān)畢后不久形成滴漏的現(xiàn)象。過小的針頭也會(huì)影響膠閥開始使用時(shí)的排氣泡動(dòng)作，只要更換較大的針頭即可解決這種問題。

需要注意的是，將手持式編程器通過串口線選擇到點(diǎn)膠機(jī)左側(cè)的接口上。6.如所用點(diǎn)膠控制器同點(diǎn)膠機(jī)的連接器型號(hào)相同，可以根據(jù)連接器的芯數(shù)不同來看出點(diǎn)膠機(jī)的‘點(diǎn)膠’和‘運(yùn)行’等連接口，二芯點(diǎn)膠，三芯運(yùn)行。
