
全自動點膠機的驅(qū)動方式有哪些?

全自動點膠機的控制和檢測系統(tǒng)是軟件和硬件的集成,是整個系統(tǒng)的核心所在,主要功能有:對被控制的各個子系統(tǒng)的運動性能進行調(diào)試, 點膠時子系統(tǒng)初始參數(shù)的設(shè)置,協(xié)調(diào)各個子系統(tǒng)之間的工作,對子系統(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài)進行監(jiān)測,工作氣壓和溫度數(shù)據(jù)的采集、傳送、處理等。

全自動點膠機點膠過程持續(xù)較短, 一般為幾十毫秒到幾秒鐘的時間, 由于電磁閥為開關(guān)控制,因此要提高控制精度,只有縮短采樣周期進行實時測量,以及減少電磁閥的動作誤差的方法來具體實現(xiàn)。

具體對控制系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)來說,就要求系統(tǒng)定時精度誤差能夠保證在 ms 級以下。這就對控制系統(tǒng)的實時性提出了很高的要求。因而智能點膠控制系統(tǒng)的核心技術(shù)之一就是如何完成這一高實時性的任務(wù)。

在生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用中常用到的驅(qū)動方式有:

1、同步帶傳動它也采用直流或交流伺服電機,通過同步帶將旋轉(zhuǎn)運動轉(zhuǎn)換為直線運動,廣泛應(yīng)用在送料機構(gòu)等場合。它適合長距離傳動,傳動的速度較高;但運動精度比較低,可承載的轉(zhuǎn)距較小。
1. Synchronous belt drive also uses DC or AC servo motor to convert rotary motion into linear motion through synchronous belt, which is widely used in feeding mechanism and other occasions. It is suitable for long-distance transmission with high transmission speed, but its motion accuracy is low and its bearing torque is small.
2、滾珠絲桿傳動 這是目前應(yīng)用廣、也成熟的一種傳動方式,采用直流或交流伺服電機驅(qū)動,選用大導(dǎo)程的絲桿時可以獲得較高的傳動速度,定位精度和重復(fù)定位精度高,高速度可達 1m/s。
2. Ball screw drive is a widely used and mature transmission mode at present. It is driven by DC or AC servo motor. When large lead screw is selected, it can obtain higher transmission speed, high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy, and the high speed can reach 1m / s.
3、氣缸傳動這種傳動方式具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、控制方便的特點;但由于其采用壓縮氣體作為動力,定位精度低,啟停速度慢,往復(fù)運動的頻率低。
3. Cylinder drive has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient control, but because it uses compressed gas as power, it has low positioning accuracy, slow start stop speed and low reciprocating frequency.
4、直線電機傳動這是目前逐漸興起的一種直線運動傳遞方式,具有結(jié)構(gòu)形式簡潔,定位精度高,易于實現(xiàn)高速高精運動的控制。它直接將電能轉(zhuǎn)換成機械能,減少了滾珠絲桿、傳送帶、渦輪螺桿等中間轉(zhuǎn)換環(huán)節(jié);但對直線電機的控制系統(tǒng)相當復(fù)雜,目前還不是很成熟,價格也相當昂貴,限制了它的廣泛使用。
4. Linear motor drive is a kind of linear motion transmission mode which is gradually rising at present. It has the advantages of simple structure, high positioning accuracy and easy to realize the control of high-speed and high-precision motion. It directly converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, reducing the ball screw, conveyor belt, turbine screw and other intermediate conversion links; but the control system of linear motor is quite complex, not very mature at present, and the price is also quite expensive, which limits its wide use.
