雙組份打膠機(jī)操作

Two component gluing machine operation

1. 連接氣源:

1. Connect the air source:

接通電源，調(diào)整減壓閥至0.4 ~ 0.6MPa，檢查系統(tǒng)是否漏氣。然后試運(yùn)行以下動(dòng)作:(1)泵a舉升;(2)泵a充電;(3)泵B舉升;(4) B泵充電。注:升降升降油缸時(shí)，如果兩個(gè)油缸不同步，請(qǐng)降低到原點(diǎn)，重新操作。

Connect the power supply, adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4~0.6MPa, and check if the system is leaking air. Then try the following actions: (1) Lift pump a; (2) Pump A charging; (3) Pump B lifting; (4) Pump B charging. Note: When lifting and lowering the oil cylinders, if the two cylinders are not synchronized, please lower them to the origin and operate again.

2. 將部件a、B的膠筒放到位，并對(duì)準(zhǔn)橡膠泵a、B的軸線。

2. Place the rubber cylinders of components A and B in position and align them with the axis of rubber pumps A and B.

以A組件為例

Taking component A as an example

1)操作手動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)閥將a泵提升至高水平，并觀察提升過(guò)程中管路是否拉得過(guò)緊。

1) Operate the manual rotary valve to raise pump A to a high level and observe if the pipeline is pulled too tightly during the lifting process.

2)將膠筒置于a泵的壓力板下，打開(kāi)膠筒，將膠袋從膠筒中翻出來(lái)，取出膠面上的塑料片。

2) Place the rubber cylinder under the pressure plate of pump A, open the rubber cylinder, flip the rubber bag out of the cylinder, and remove the plastic sheet on the rubber surface.

3)使泵壓盤(pán)緩慢下降。當(dāng)壓板進(jìn)入槍管時(shí)，將其對(duì)準(zhǔn)槍管開(kāi)口。打開(kāi)壓力板的排氣口，直到壓力板接觸橡膠表面。當(dāng)壓板內(nèi)氣體完全排出，有少量膠水從排氣口溢出時(shí)，可關(guān)閉排氣閥。(升降開(kāi)關(guān)仍處于下壓狀態(tài))

3) Slowly lower the pump pressure plate. When the pressure plate enters the barrel, align it with the opening of the barrel. Open the exhaust port of the pressure plate until it contacts the rubber surface. When the gas inside the pressure plate is completely discharged and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed. (The lifting switch is still in the down pressed state)

4)開(kāi)機(jī)試膠:打開(kāi)主泵氣源開(kāi)關(guān)，按下膠槍開(kāi)關(guān)，直到a泵內(nèi)空氣完全排出，膠從槍口連續(xù)排出。

4) Start up glue test: Turn on the main pump air source switch, press the glue gun switch, until the air in pump A is completely discharged, and the glue is continuously discharged from the gun mouth.

以同樣的方式操作泵B。

Operate pump B in the same way.

3.上膠操作:

3. Gluing operation:

1)松開(kāi)比例杠桿上比例泵的鎖定螺釘，將比例泵的內(nèi)外調(diào)節(jié)到所需比例。只有當(dāng)膠水a(chǎn)和膠水B的比例達(dá)到正常值時(shí)，才能進(jìn)行以下操作。

1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional lever and adjust the inside and outside of the proportional pump to the desired ratio. The following operations can only be carried out when the ratio of glue a to glue B reaches the normal value.

2) a和B泵設(shè)置選擇旋鈕,使噴膠槍的退出與中間縫的兩塊玻璃,打開(kāi)開(kāi)關(guān)噴膠槍,把膠槍順利在適當(dāng)?shù)乃俣忍畛涞碾p組分膠玻璃罐。上膠結(jié)束后，關(guān)閉膠槍。

2) Set the selection knobs for pumps A and B to allow the exit of the glue gun and the two pieces of glass in the middle seam. Turn on the switch of the glue gun and smoothly fill the two-component glue glass jar with the glue gun at an appropriate speed. After gluing, turn off the glue gun.

4. 更換膠筒:

4. Replace the rubber cylinder:

1)桶內(nèi)膠水用完后，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉開(kāi)關(guān)a、B，停止敲打。

1) After the glue in the bucket is used up, switches A and B should be immediately turned off and knocking should be stopped.

2)打開(kāi)a(或b)橡膠泵的充氣開(kāi)關(guān)，選擇a(或b)橡膠泵的升降機(jī)構(gòu)作為上升位置，按下旋鈕，使壓板緩緩升起。這時(shí)要注意的是膠筒盡量不要離開(kāi)底盤(pán)，待壓板與膠筒完全分離后，關(guān)閉a(或b)膠泵的充氣開(kāi)關(guān)。

2) Turn on the inflation switch of the a (or b) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of the a (or b) rubber pump as the rising position, press the knob to slowly raise the pressure plate. At this point, it should be noted that the rubber cylinder should not leave the chassis as much as possible. After the pressure plate is completely separated from the rubber cylinder, turn off the inflation switch of the a (or b) rubber pump.

具體操作:關(guān)閉B泵，打開(kāi)B回膠開(kāi)關(guān)，然后打開(kāi)膠槍，直到膠帶變白。

Specific operation: Turn off pump B, turn on the B glue return switch, and then turn on the glue gun until the tape turns white.
