1、初始露點：測試中空玻璃內(nèi)空氣是否干燥，國標(biāo)規(guī)定露點等于或低于-40度為合格。
1. Initial dew point: To test whether the air in the hollow glass is dry or not, the national standard stipulates that dew point equal to or below - 40 degrees is qualified.
2、紫外線照射：測試中空玻璃密封膠是否含有影響視線的有機揮發(fā)物。中空玻璃樣品經(jīng)300W紫外燈連續(xù)照射168h后，在23±2℃的溫度下存放一周，中空玻璃內(nèi)表面不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)霧狀、油狀或其他污染物。
2. Ultraviolet irradiation: test whether the hollow glass sealant contains organic volatiles that affect the sight. Hollow glass samples were irradiated by 300 W ultraviolet lamp for 168 hours and stored for one week at a temperature of 23 2 C. The inner surface of hollow glass should not be foggy, oily or other contaminants.
3、密封檢驗:測試中空玻璃密封膠的軟硬程度，以及是否存在泄露。樣品在低于環(huán)境氣壓10±0.5KPa的條件下保持2.5h，厚度增長偏差<15%為合格。
3. Sealing inspection: testing the degree of hardness and softness of insulating glass sealant and whether there is leakage. Samples were kept for 2.5 hours under ambient pressure of 10 +0.5 KPa, and the deviation of thickness growth < 15% was qualified.

4、高溫高濕試驗:主要測試密封膠的粘結(jié)力、水氣透過率及分子篩的有效吸附能力是否達到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。樣品在高溫高濕試驗條件下（濕度>95%，溫度在25-55℃之間有規(guī)律的變化）進行224個循環(huán)。每一個循環(huán)中空玻璃內(nèi)的氣體都要經(jīng)過一次膨脹和收縮，這樣對密封膠的粘結(jié)力就有較高的要求。另外，由于濕度較大，密封膠的水汽透過率應(yīng)較低，而分子篩要有較強的吸附能力。
4. High temperature and humidity test: mainly test whether the bonding force, water vapor permeability and effective adsorption capacity of molecular sieve meet the standard requirements. Under the conditions of high temperature and high humidity (humidity > 95%, temperature changing regularly between 25-55 C), 224 cycles were carried out. The gas in each circulating hollow glass has to undergo expansion and contraction once, so the bonding strength of the sealant has a higher requirement. In addition, because of the high humidity, the water vapor permeability of sealant should be low, and molecular sieves should have strong adsorption capacity.
5、氣候循環(huán)試驗:這是一項耐老化試驗，是對中空玻璃綜合性能的考察。它模擬一年中的四季氣候（冷、熱、風(fēng)、雨），每個循環(huán)都要經(jīng)過加熱、自然冷卻和強制冷卻三個階段，共進行320個循環(huán)，檢驗中易出現(xiàn)問題是中空玻璃炸裂、開膠和終露點升高。
5. Climate Cycle Test: This is an aging test and an investigation of the comprehensive properties of hollow glass. It simulates the four seasons of the year (cold, hot, wind and rain). Each cycle goes through three stages of heating, natural cooling and strong refrigeration. A total of 320 cycles are carried out. The prone problems in the test are cracking of hollow glass, gel breaking and elevation of the final dew point.
