全自動點膠機膠閥滴漏經(jīng)常發(fā)生于膠閥關(guān)畢以后，95%的此種情形是因為使用的針頭口徑太小所致。

連接氣閥：將點膠控制器的AIR OUT口通過氣管連接到針筒，并把針筒氣閥連接到點膠控制器的AIRIN。

太小的針頭會影響液體的流動造成背壓， 結(jié)果導(dǎo)致膠閥關(guān)畢后不久形成滴漏的現(xiàn)象。過小的針頭也會影響膠閥開始使用時的排氣泡動作，只要更換較大的針頭即可解決這種問題。

液體內(nèi)空氣在膠閥關(guān)畢后會產(chǎn)生滴漏現(xiàn)象, 好是預(yù)先排除液體內(nèi)空氣, 或改用不容易含氣泡的膠.或先將膠離心脫泡后在使用.瞬間膠( 快干膠 ) 在膠閥接頭及管路上堵塞此種情形主要因過多的濕氣或重復(fù)使用過的瞬間膠. 應(yīng)確保使用新鮮的瞬間膠. 將管路以未含濕氣的Aceton丙酮徹底清洗過. 使用的空氣應(yīng)確定完干燥且于廠內(nèi)空壓與膠閥系統(tǒng)間加裝過濾器. ( 以上方法如仍然無效, 則應(yīng)使用氮氣. )

It is better to remove the air in the liquid in advance, In this case, it is mainly due to excessive moisture or repeated use of instant glue. Make sure to use fresh instant glue. Clean the pipeline thoroughly with aceton acetone without moisture The air used should be dried and a filter should be installed between the air pressure system and the rubber valve system in the plant. (if the above method still fails, nitrogen should be used.)
需要注意的是，將手持式編程器通過串口線選擇到點膠機左側(cè)的接口上。6.如所用點膠控制器同點膠機的連接器型號相同，可以根據(jù)連接器的芯數(shù)不同來看出點膠機的‘點膠’和‘運行’等連接口，二芯點膠，三芯運行。
