雙組份打膠機的操作過程非常簡單。它可以分為兩個部分。一是控制系統(tǒng)的操作，二是膠筒的安裝/更換。具體方法如下。

1. 連接電源(380V三相四線)和氣源(0.6-0.7mpa)。
1. Connect power supply (380V three-phase four wire) and air source (0.6-0.7mpa).
2. 打開a、B膠供膠閥，關(guān)閉B膠回膠閥。
2. Open a and B glue supply valve and close B glue return valve.
3.在控制面板上選擇“上電”，檢查膠水a(chǎn)、B是否工作正常。這時，給膠機的攪拌工作就做好了。
3. Select "power on" on the control panel to check whether glue a and B work normally. At this time, the mixing work for the glue machine is done.
4. 如果長時間不使用(超過15分鐘)或下班時不使用，應(yīng)選擇控制面板上的“沖洗槍”，打開B回膠閥，關(guān)閉B供膠閥。這時給膠機的沖洗槍準備好了。

5. 每次操作前，確保設(shè)備水平度，調(diào)整機器水平度，調(diào)整基礎(chǔ)高度，使機身水平。

6. 接通電源后，檢查各電機的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確，連接好cla -01打膠機的軟管和信號。(注:起膠齒輪泵電機的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向須與齒輪泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向一致)

1. 在控制面板上選擇“AB膠壓板”。
1. Select "AB glue pressing plate" on the control panel.
2. 然后選擇“上膠”，上膠壓力板就會上升。

3.高度就位后，在控制面板上選擇“a glue stop”

4. 把壓盤下一個橡膠桶,打開蓋子的桶,解決內(nèi)心的塑料袋,并使上層的橡皮滾筒與壓盤(注意:對于新機器或新更換密封圈,外套橡膠表面的密封圈,以起到潤滑作用)。

5. 打開膠水a(chǎn)壓板上的排氣閥，然后選擇“膠水a(chǎn)滴”。這時，壓板上的a膠會下降。當壓板即將落至桶口時，停止下落。檢查壓板是否對準槍管口，調(diào)整槍管位置直至對準。

6. 讓壓板間歇滴膠(即滴膠→停膠→滴膠-)。當壓板壓入桶內(nèi)時，可使壓板連續(xù)下降。此時，空氣從排氣閥排出。當膠水從排氣閥連續(xù)排出而無空氣排出時，壓板停止下降，閥門關(guān)閉。
6. Let the pressing plate drop glue intermittently (i.e. drop glue → stop glue → drop glue -). When the pressing plate is pressed into the barrel, the pressing plate can be lowered continuously. At this time, the air is discharged from the exhaust valve. When the glue is continuously discharged from the exhaust valve and no air is discharged, the pressure plate stops falling and the valve closes.
7. 此時a管安裝已完成，工作準備就緒。B膠筒的安裝方法與a膠筒相同。
