一、丁基膠涂布機出膠正常，但涂不到鋁框上
1、 The butyl adhesive coater is normal, but it cannot be applied to the aluminum frame
(1) 膠頭間隔過大，應調近間隔為0.5-0.6mm,如8.0鋁框應調8.5-8.6。
(1) If the rubber head spacing is too large, it shall be adjusted closer to 0.5-0.6mm. For example, 8.5-8.6 shall be adjusted for 8.0 aluminum frame.
(2)膠的熔點過高，提高膠頭膠缸的溫度。
(2) If the melting point of the rubber is too high, increase the temperature of the rubber head and rubber cylinder.
二、丁基膠涂布機出膠量小
2、 Butyl rubber coater has small glue output
(1)查看系統(tǒng)的擠膠壓力正常為8-16mPa。
(1) Check that the extrusion pressure of the system is normally 8-16mpa.
(2) 膠頭被雜物阻塞，需整理膠頭。用火油清洗作用更佳。
(2) The rubber head is blocked by sundries and needs to be cleaned. It is better to clean with fire oil.

(3)丁基膠涂布機膠頭不出膠
(3) The rubber head of butyl rubber coater does not release glue
(4)查看溫度是否已達到設定溫度。
(4) Check whether the temperature has reached the set temperature.
(5)查看系統(tǒng)是否有壓力。
(5) Check the system for pressure.
氣源壓力0.4-0.6之間
The air supply pressure is between 0.4-0.6
擠膠壓力8-16之間
Extrusion pressure between 8-16
溫度：依據膠的實際情況110-160之間，一般120℃

現用膠：膠缸為125℃ 膠頭為125℃

丁基膠涂布機鋁框前段打不上膠：調整涂膠閥時刻，落下時刻減小。

鋁框后端打不上膠：調整涂膠閥時刻，抬起時刻加長。

Protection and repair of gas-liquid booster station of butyl rubber coater
1、丁基膠涂布機系統(tǒng)翻開后，油缸無動作
1. After the butyl adhesive coater system is opened, the oil cylinder does not act
(1)查看外接氣源是否正常。
(1) Check whether the external air source is normal.
(2)查看翻開液壓電機開關后，系統(tǒng)電磁閥是否正常換向。
(2) Check whether the system solenoid valve reverses normally after opening the hydraulic motor switch.
(3)減壓閥是否已翻開。
(3) Whether the pressure reducing valve has been opened.
(4)查看氣液增壓站上的氣管是否有氣壓。
(4) Check whether there is air pressure in the air pipe on the gas-liquid booster station.
(5)如都正常，用平口螺絲刀按一下增壓缸兩頭的小換向閥上的銅觸頭。
(5) If it is normal, press the copper contacts on the small directional valve at both ends of the booster cylinder with a flat screwdriver.
2、 丁基膠涂布機系統(tǒng)只進不退
2. Butyl rubber coater system is only in and out
(1)膠缸操作退翻開時，看液壓換向閥上的燈是否亮。
(1) When the rubber cylinder is retracted and opened, check whether the light on the hydraulic directional valve is on.
(2)重復翻開關閥膠缸操作退開關，看是否能處理。
(2) Repeat turning the on-off valve rubber cylinder to operate the return switch to see if it can be handled.
(3)用鐵片擋在液壓換向閥的線圈端，燈亮時看是否有磁性，如無，需替換液壓換向閥的伐圈，如有，需將換向閥拆下清洗。
(3) Block the coil end of the hydraulic directional valve with an iron sheet. When the light is on, check whether it is magnetic. If not, replace the cutting ring of the hydraulic directional valve. If so, remove the directional valve for cleaning.
(4)液壓換向閥被雜物卡住，需拆下清洗。
(4) The hydraulic directional valve is stuck by sundries and needs to be removed for cleaning.
