中空玻璃降低玻璃系統(tǒng)的傳熱系數(shù)U值,是一種非常經(jīng)濟(jì)的節(jié)能手段,已經(jīng)被大量應(yīng)用在建筑上。中空玻璃的原理很簡單,主要是在兩層玻璃之間插入一層隔熱性能好的空氣層,起到瓶頸作用,降低整體傳熱系數(shù)。隨著玻璃技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,如低輻射玻璃技術(shù),對“瓶頸”材料的要求也越來越高,而惰性氣體具有比干燥空氣更低的導(dǎo)熱性能,更穩(wěn)定的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu),因此被廣泛用于高檔中空玻璃中空層材料。充惰性氣體除帶來看不到的“節(jié)能性”之外,還會(huì)帶來一些實(shí)際的作用,如降低玻璃玻璃兩側(cè)面溫差,減少玻璃表面結(jié)露幾率。氬氣就是一種惰性氣體,對人體無直接危害。 氬氣氬氣是目前工業(yè)上應(yīng)用很廣的稀有氣體。它的性質(zhì)十分不活潑,既不能燃燒,也不助燃。往往用氬作為保護(hù)氣,防止被空氣氧化或氮化。

據(jù)國外文獻(xiàn)記載合格中空玻璃內(nèi)部充入的氬氣每年滲漏不超過1%。這樣如果充入中空玻璃的氬氣的初始濃度為85%以上,15年后中空玻璃內(nèi)部的氬氣濃度仍然在60%以上,該中空玻璃依然具有比較優(yōu)良的性能。

1、中空玻璃密封膠質(zhì)量問題。中空玻璃是由丁基膠、結(jié)構(gòu)膠雙道密封、玻璃、間隔條組成的密閉密封空間。丁基膠、結(jié)構(gòu)膠起雙道密封的作用,如果丁基膠、結(jié)構(gòu)膠中的某二種或其中的某一種質(zhì)量不好,達(dá)不到密封標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中空玻璃的密封性能就會(huì)下降,因而導(dǎo)致中空玻璃內(nèi)部氬氣滲漏率加大。
1. Insulating glass sealant quality problems. Insulating glass is a sealed space composed of butyl rubber, structural rubber double seal, glass and spacer strip. Butyl rubber and structural rubber play the role of double sealing. If either or both of them are of poor quality, the sealing performance of insulating glass will decline if it fails to meet the sealing standard, resulting in the increase of argon leakage rate inside the insulating glass.


2、涂膠工藝有問題。涂在間隔條上的丁基膠要保證均勻,沒有寬窄不均和斷條處。特別注意要保證涂布的丁基膠要有足夠的寬度和足夠的厚度(厚道往往容易被忽略)。結(jié)構(gòu)膠是中空玻璃的二道密封,也要打膠厚薄均勻,并且要保持足夠厚度。

3、間隔條框上出現(xiàn)了不密封點(diǎn)。用插角制作的間隔框四個(gè)角部用丁基膠封堵。整體折彎框的直插件連接處、充氣孔等可能出現(xiàn)不密封的地方也要用丁基膠封堵。
