中空玻璃打膠機撤出空桶，將新膠桶置于工作位置，重復第3、4、項操作。

1、膠槍：因雙組份膠是由兩種膠混合而成的，其凝固速度與環(huán)境溫度和A、B膠的比例有關，混合后的膠一般在20分鐘之內(nèi)就會反應固化。所以，當設備在正常打膠后，20分鐘之內(nèi)不使用就必須將混合后的膠沖洗出來，以免堵塞混膠器和膠槍。

After mixing, the glue will react and solidify in 20 minutes. 1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整至所需比例。只有當A膠和B膠的配比達到正常值時，才可進行下面的操作。

1) unlock the proportion pump locking screw on the proportional lever, and adjust the ratio pump to the required proportion. Only when the ratio of A glue and B glue reaches the normal value, the following operation can be carried out.
2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關，以適當速度平穩(wěn)地移動膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實為佳。打膠結(jié)束時關閉膠槍。
2) set the option knob on A and B pump, open the rubber gun outlet to the two piece of glass seam, open the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun smoothly at a suitable speed, so that the two component glue in the glass tank can be filled and enriched. Turn off the glue gun at the end of the glue.
3）打開 中空玻璃打膠機A（或B）膠泵充氣開關，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機構(gòu)為上升位置，點動旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此時應注意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直至壓盤完全脫離膠桶時關閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開關。
3) open the hollow glass glue machine (A or B) inflatable rubber pump switch, select A (or B) rubber pump lifting mechanism for upward position, move the knob plate slowly lift, you should pay attention to: plastic barrel so as not to leave the chassis, turn off A until the platen completely out of plastic barrel when (or B) the inflatable rubber pump switch.
4）中空玻璃打膠機具體操作：將B泵關閉，打開B膠回流開關然后打開膠槍，至膠條為白色即可。

5）把中空玻璃打膠機混合器放到水火燒，直到把混合芯拿出為至；注黑把手里面還有一結(jié)?；旌掀骱蜆岊^之間的旋轉(zhuǎn)部位不可燒；槍頭不可燒?？捎描F絲打通為止
